Baowow – Front-Lit Channel Letters
This set of front-lit channel letters was produced on the Mingda AD-F4 using AdPETG Light-Blocking Filament. The letter case was created directly from vector artwork using the included 2D-to-3D software, then finished with painted edges and 3mm opal acrylic faces. With a print time of just over 10 hours, the project demonstrates how 3D printing can produce technical channel letter returns with minimal manual fabrication.
